Our process requires us to invest the time to get to know you and your project. Our design team creates plans, budgets, product selections, renderings, and presentations. We ask for a deposit to ensure that you agree that we are a good fit for your project. Your deposit is credited towards your order and secures priority in our design queue.
Once you have approved your designs and placed your order, we apply your design deposit credit towards your purchase.

What do you get with your design deposit?
Face-to-face Design Meeting
You will meet with your designer in our showroom to explore product and design options. The objective of this meeting is to gather the details needed to create your 3D project renderings.
Design Rendering & Pricing
Next, we prepare and present you with a realistic 3-D rendering along with a pricing estimate. These elements take approx. 6 hours for us to prepare and can be reviewed through email or in person.
What Happens to Your Deposit?
Your design deposit is simply a credit that will be applied in full to your product order. We take this deposit in order to be able to prioritize your project and ensure your place in our design queue.
